We want you to be completely satisfied with your Fenwick purchase, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return period for all unworn apparel and accessories. Items must be returned in their original condition with all designer tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box or a similar secure mailer, ensuring all original packaging is included.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
